Returns are accepted only for:

• Damaged products received during delivery
• Incorrect items delivered
• Manufacturing defects

Customers must report return requests within 3 to 7 days of receiving the product.

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
• Digital products or downloadable materials
• Clearance or special offer items unless defective

To initiate a return:

2. Provide photos of damaged or incorrect items if applicable
3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
